🖨️ Why do the colors vary?
All of our products are 3D printed in-house, which means colors may vary slightly from one Skubbie to another. This makes each one uniquely yours!

✨ How do I know if I got a rare Skubbie?
Each month, we randomly select a limited number of customers to receive a Rare Skubbie from the collection. It could be any of the 8 types — just extra special. If you get one, you'll know. 😉

🔑 What can I use a Skubbie for?
Skubbies are collectible figures — great for displaying, gifting, or trading. Each one comes with a tag and hook so you can use it as a keychain or attach it to your bag, lanyard, or wherever your personality lives.

📦 Will I get a duplicate if I order more than one?
We do our best to avoid sending duplicates! If you’ve ordered before, let us know which Skubbie you received by filling out the form at checkout.

🎁 Can I choose which Skubbie I get?
Nope — that’s part of the fun! Each box is a mystery, but that’s what makes it exciting (and collectible!).

🚚 How long does it take to process my order?
Our current processing time is 2–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once it's on the way!

📬 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re starting with domestic shipping only (U.S.), but we hope to expand soon. Stay tuned!

🧪 Will you be adding more products?
Yes! We’re currently working on new creations behind the scenes. For now, Skubbies are our main focus — but more fun, weird, and collectible items are coming soon. Stay tuned!
